    Everything you could ask for! Three bedrooms and three baths with beautiful views of the Pelican Golf Course from three large sliders on each floor. Built in 1999 with one owner since 2000. Originally was the model for the 7 unit townhouse. Open floorplan with maple kitchen cabinets, black granite counters, stainless appliances with tile floor. Nine foot ceilings throughout home with laminate flooring in living room and dining area as well as halls. All bedrooms are carpeted. Master is on the second floor and is very spacious with plenty of room for a sitting area with two walk in closets. Master bath has shower and a tub with maple cabinets and two sinks. The second bedroom is currently set up as an office on the second floor with it's own en suite bath and a large walk in closet. The third bedroom is set up as a guest room on the first floor with a shared bath. The laundry room is on the second floor. Staircase has soaring ceilings with a high window to let in the light and provides coveted storage space. Soft water and sprinkler systems are non functioning. Sliders facing the gold course were replaced with impact sliders approximately in 2015, Windows were updated to Low E in 2019. Front Exterior doors were replaced in 2014 with impact fiberglass double doors. Sliders in guest room are not impact but have Hurricane covers. Building was painted in 2019. Driveway was replaced with pavers in 2016 and resealed in 2017. The roof was resealed in 2017. The Belleair Rec Center is across the street as well as the Belleair Police Department. The tennis courts at the end of the building belong to the Belleair Rec Center and are available for use with a nominal fee.
