If you decide to take this sublease, you will sign with the leasing agency, taking over my lease from April 1-June 30. You will be responsible for April, May, and June rent, but you may move in March 30. However, you will have the option to extend the lease as well. I believe they do 6 month and 12 month leases. Whether you decide to renew the lease or not, the SECURITY DEPOSIT HAS BEEN PAID AND WILL BE YOURS TO KEEP! I believe the security deposit was $365. Also, the $300 pet fee has been paid, so if you have a pet, you will not have to pay anything extra. Kent Road has a weight restriction on pets if you live on the second floor. Because this is a FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT, there are no weight restrictions on your pet!You will need to pay for electric, water/sewer, and cable/internet (if you want). The apartment is FiOS and Comcast ready.The leasing agency is extremely friendly and helpful! We have only needed maintenance to come out once (to unclog a shower drain).
