$100 signing bonus AND there's an apartment manager position open which would get you $300 of your rent each month which would come out to only $550 a month!! Both great sized & great prices apartment! The location is also awesome, just a few minute walk away from bike trails, parks, the art museum, & the lake front! I forgot the square ft., but I believe it was around 900. We are flexible with moving dates but are trying to move as soon as we can because we can a baby on the way! Owner pays for water & trash, but renter pays gas & electric. No smoking in building. I know for sure cats are allowed but I'm not sure about dogs.
