We want to lease out our guest home for $1200 per month all bills included. We are looking to lease to a quiet couple or single tenant, 2 room mates okay. Attached game room available for an additional $200 dollars, could be used for storage. We live in the country and it is beautiful. The front porch has a swing overlooking the pond. Includes a fireplace and the upstairs bedroom is a loft that overlooks the living area. It is very nice. Has washer dryer connections and 1 1/2 baths. 1 or 2 car garage, will share with us, we only use one garage entrance. If you like working in the yard the help would be appreciated but not necessary. Use of the hot tub available when we aren't, which we do not use it often. $1200 deposit. We will sign a lease but only for month to month. We understand that employment can change and do not want to obligate anyone long term. We only ask that you take care of the house as it is really nice. It can be vacant, furnished or partially furnished (for additional cost). We have lots of extra for setting up a kitchen as well.
