Quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard with garden spot, fruit trees, roses, patio. Home needs a lot of work. Roof is sound, no leaks but will need to be replaced sooner than later. Structure is sound, wiring is good, and foundation is sound, some old cracks but no settling. Plumbing is fine but faucets will need attention. Will need a water heater and furnace due to old age. Has been vacant for a few years. A raccoon found its way in through the chimney last winter and we have cleaned out the devastation. But due to a lot of household soaps and cleaning supplies being distributed about the basement it will take a good washing down. Oak floor in front room. All other carpet has been removed. 2 bedrooms upstairs with closets. 1 full bath. 1 bedroom downstairs. Detached garage needs new shingles and paint as well has newer Martin door and opener.
