Hi there! I will pay $500 a month for you to take over my lease. You would only pay $635 plus utilities. Total month's rent is $1135. My living situation has changed and I'm looking to sublease my apartment ASAP. I am 2 months into a 6 month lease (ends after September payment). I'm willing to be out by 6/1, 7/1 or 8/1, whatever works best for you. And while you would take over the lease, I will give you $500 a month, on the first of each month, so you'd only have to pay $635 each month until the lease is up in September. This apartment complex has been great, all the neighbors have been super friendly, I'm just looking to move out sooner than later! I contacted the apartment complex and here's what they said about subleasing: "If you find someone to take over your lease, they will need to fill out our application only. If they are approved, it is a simple process. We add them to the lease and then release you from the lease." Please rent this great place! And go ahead and ask me anything about it. My lease is up in September. I'm looking to sublease until then and willing to pay $500 a month towards the rent total of $1135. You would just have to pay $635 plus utilities.
