Private room with private bathroom! Second floor. Carpeting. The rest of the house besides the primary is shared space. No smoking inside. The water bill is typically around $100 a month so that would be split between the two of us. The electric bill fluctuates, but that would also be split between the two of us. You will not have to worry about paying for Wi-Fi. I do have four cats, but one of them only stays in my room. They pretty much came to themselves. I have one Boykin spaniel and she is very loving, but also high energy. You would not be responsible for doing anything for the animals. There is a driveway in front of the townhome with two parking spots, so one for me and one for you. I have the lease set for one month, but could extend it. Rent will be $1000 a month with a $250 security deposit that is nonrefundable. All I ask is that you treat my space with kindness.
