This is an Entress built home. What this means is that when this home was built it was very expensive due to the quality of materials used to build these homes. There was not plywood used everything was tongue and groove framing. So what I am saying is that this home has great bones. By the same token it has not been kept up in a good fashion. The home does need some tlc. The price of the home reflects that. Basically we need some minor repair and some elbow grease and paint.
