Great lot for a new manufactured home. Aberdeen allows them as long as they are new and have at least a car port. They do need to have a concrete foundation but that is there only quirk. This is in walking distance to the Grocery Store. Aberdeen is close to the beaches. All utilities are in the street. No wells to mess with or septic systems. Let's get something going for the Fall. This would be fun.
