LEASE AGREEMENT This Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between(the "Tenant") and (the "Landlord") for the rental of the property located at 9029 Antelope Pass Dr. Reno, NV 89506 (the "Property"). 1. Term of Lease: The term of this lease shall be for [Lease Term] starting from [Start Date] and ending on [End Date]. 2. Rent: The monthly rent for the Property shall be [3500] payable on the [1st of every month] of each month. Rent shall be paid by [cashiers check or Wells Fargo Zelle ]. Any late days will be Delt with late fees per day of 20 dollars each missed day. 3. Security Deposit: The Tenant shall provide a security deposit of [first months rent] upon signing this Agreement. The security deposit will be held by the Landlord as security for any damages or unpaid rent. 4.
