The bathroom, floors, HVAC, and Washer/Dryer are all new. The unit is located on Madison Street in West loop Chicago. Across the street is a great park with lots of dogs to watch and play with! Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can access some of the best restaurants in the city. If this is your first time in Chicago, this is a great unit to experience some of the best food the city has to offer. There is also a grocery store 2 blocks away. There is also plenty of shopping to be had along Madison street with local shops. The building has a gym on the top floor as well as a common area that is great for hosting large gatherings (Superbowl Monday!) The condo complex is very secure with a concierge and safe neighborhood for walking. The monthly price includes everything except for the parking spot and electricity. The electricity bill is typically about $60/month. Parking is an additional $250/mo. There is excellent public transportation close by. The unit is about 15 minutes driving from Rush hospital or Northwestern hospital. The University of Chicago medical center is about 25 minutes driving.
