You would be responsible for electric, internet, and cable. The security deposit is also $1,233, with $1,058 being refundable provided that the condo is left in good condition. We allow up to two animals under 20lbs each with a non-refundable $300 pet fee, per pet. There is also a $40 monthly pet rent, per pet. There is a $50 application fee, per adult living in the unit, payable by money order only. All applicants do have to meet Signal View requirements. There is a credit and background check - all credit accounts do have to be in good standing. Employment and income are verified - Signal View uses an income to debt ratio (monthly debt has to be less than 50% of the monthly income).
