The home office spaces (there are 2) provide clean spaces to work with comfy, supportive chairs. One office includes a neatly decorated background acceptable for online meetings of all levels of formality. The comfy couch offers the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of exploring with access to Netflix and Disney+. If you prefer to relax outdoors, the back patio offers the perfect space where you can soak in the hot tub or lounge on the outdoor sofa. The basement home gym has a treadmill and other basic workout equipment to help you keep up with your routine. Our place will help you feel right at home! (The owner and tenant can work together to determine if all furniture is required and some items can be placed in storage if not needed. All fees for utilities, internet, and trash are included in the rent price - no additional costs are charged to the tenant.) All utilities are included in the monthly rental price including Netflix and Disney+. No smoking allowed anywhere inside the home or garage. Rent terms are monthly but a one year lease can be negotiated on month-to-month terms.
