No other animals will be allowed given the size of the space. 420 friendly, no tobacco in the home, no illegal drugs. You will have a dedicated parking spot next to the driveway on property. Located on Fir Butte Rd. between Royal Ave. and Bodenhamer Rd. the nearest bus stop is 2.5 miles from the door so a car or bike is needed. You will have a use of a full kitchen and laundry facilities, you will need to supply your own laundry supplies. You clean up after yourself and we do the same! This is for a single person only. THE REQUIREMENTS - 6 Month Lease minimum. First months rent and $750 refundable deposit = $1500.00 move in. Credit and Background checks will be performed at your expense - $50.00.
