Additional Sleeping: Hallway bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom: 1 bathroom Amenities: It includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, air conditioning, WiFi, a gas grill, and two TVs with cable and Firesticks. Restrictions: No pets and no smoking are allowed. Owner pays for Fiber High Speed Internet, utilities (first $100/month), water, sewer, trash. First $100/month of utilities covered with rent. Anything above $100/month is covered by renter. No pets at any time (this includes significant others/spouses/guests/visitors, etc.). No smoking in unit and with windows/doors open.
