I do not know what kind of Software Zillow is using but when a house of this size with a barn, garage with loft and 12 bath, several out buildings and fenced pastures is valued at below 65,000 and the Mobile home we own next door is values at over 100,000 they have a real serious computer problem. Zillow has set a value far below the average in this neighborhood in this area. It was appraised in April of 2010 at 172,000. The cost of building the house was 132,000, the big barn 8,000, the chicken barn 2,000, the garage 24,000, Land 21,000 and misc. improvements (gas log fireplace,fenced backyard, fenced 1-1/2 acres pasture) bring the total invested in the property is to over 200,000.
