I have 2 spare bedrooms, your own bathroom and a loft for your use available for rent right away. I am looking for $1200 a month. You will have access to the washer/dryer and shared kitchen. I have 2 dogs that live with me a some grand pups that vist from time to time. So best if you like dogs. They are all very friendly. There is a garage and we could put 2 cars in it if you own a small car. Otherwise can park on the driveway. I am 60 yrs old professional and work from home most days but also travel quite a bit. I am very tidy Karen No specific lease terms. 3 months to begin and then month to month after. No smoking in the house. Overnight guests are fine but please be respectful of others in the house and the dogs. Help keep kitchen clean. Otherwise just take care of your own area's.
