Applicant must have good credit record with a minimum FICO score of 650, showing prompt payment of debts and obligations with no bankruptcy. Applicants with criminal convictions must disclose such convictions and must provide evidence of rehabilitation. We do not accept applicants with a conviction for manufacturing or distributing illegal drugs. Depending on the information provided to us by applicant and verified by tenant screening agency an additional security deposit, last months rent and/or co-signer may be required.
