Applicants with criminal convictions must disclose such convictions and must provide evidence of rehabilitation. We do not accept applicants with a conviction for manufacturing or distributing illegal drugs. Depending on information provided to us by applicant and verified by tenant screening agency an additional security deposit, last months rent and/or co-signer may be required.
