In the master bedroom you'll find a comfortable, adjustable bed, bay window with seating and built-in storage, a walk-in closet, and large flat-screen TV. The attached master bath features a full-sized shower, separate water closet, and an amply-spaced granite countertop. In the guest bedroom, there is a comfortable queen-sized bed, dresser, and large side-by-side closet. The generous and thoughtful floor-plan features open spaces for friendly gatherings yet retreat-like sanctuaries for relaxing at the end of the day. The den with built-in shelving is flexible allowing for a second living space, a work-from-home office, or a space for arts and crafts. Your next month's rent is due on the 15th of the previous month (i.e., July's rent is due June 15th). Discounts are available for stays of 5 or more months - ASK US! No smoking, vaping, or any other tobacco or drug use - substantial fines are levied if found to have occurred. A maximum of 5 guests are allowed. Electricity, natural gas, water/sewer, garbage pick-up, lawn care, and high-speed internet are included in your monthly rate. Use of the clubhouse, swimming pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, fitness center, etc. are included in your monthly rate. You pay for cable/streaming services, golf (daily rates available) and guest ID/gate sticker.
