Enjoy three bedrooms and a modern eat-in kitchen with easy access to highways, Hartford and all of Farmington Valley. Plenty of off street parking, plus private patio with Adirondack chairs and grill. Keeping it simple, I do not require a security deposit per se but require a $200 cleaning fee and a $100 pet fee per pet upfront. These fees will allow me to hold your reservation.
