This home is in very good condition,newer kitchens and baths tilt out windows,vinyl siding, laundry in each unit. nice back yard with large above ground pool. basement is partly finished (older) but would be great for extra space for kids,close to playground.nice area no showings til open house which will be april 30 3 - 4:30 seller would consider renting back from new owner.
