1994 Skyline Model What a cute remodeled home this is!! If I had completed all I had in mind, I was going to list for $20,000, but I’ve decided to sell as is for $18,500 or best offer. This 2 bed/1.5 bath open floor plan features all new floors, including most of the subfloor. Has a brand new stove/oven combo and we’ve installed a dishwasher. I’ve changed out the cabinet doors for shaker style doors. There’s a huge porch that seems more like a back patio because of the way the trailer faces. Also a small storage shed in back. Will leave all appliances. This includes dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, washer & dryer, microwave and two fairly new window AC units. Work that I’d planned to do, but never finished is: Finish painting in the hall and bedrooms, some in bathroom, Needs cabinet doors for bathroom, Needs baseboards. Needs closet doors in both bedrooms. All flooring and most of the subfloor has been replaced; however the flooring was too thin, so it has some imperfections, and was never finished.
