There is NO payment due until you have met the owner and toured the inside of the property. You need to fill out my application only available on site. I use Zillow application ONLY at the very end of the process and as the final screening since it costs 35$/adult on the lease. There is no cost until we have met face to face during a tour of the inside. If you do fill out applications for each adult, take an image of them to send to my cell, then text me to turn on data to fetch them, and then slide them under the door for me to fetch. I live in Florence. No utilities are included in the rent and can add laundry machines if you do not have your own. The minimum requirements to have your application considered are: all adults to have a credit score of at least 650, provable cash flow of double the monthly rent, no smoking nor vaping on property, no evictions nor bankruptcies in prior ten years, accept a full year lease, ability to fully pay the move in costs of the rent and starting security deposit. We use Zillow for final application screening and they charge applicants 35$/adult; we otherwise have no application fees.
