Let me begin. Our home is in West Hills, "NOT CANOGA PARK" About our home. It is a Mid-Century Modern. Which is so popular at the present time. We have a wonderful view of the San Fernando Valley which is a huge plus. We have completely remodeled our kitchen. Granite countertops, very large granite island which seats four for dining with enough room for preping at the same time. The kitchen is open to our family room. Which gives it very open feeling. We have also remodeled the bathrooms, we have two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the family room. We have also added a courtyard in the front of our house which is completely planted It is impressive because you can not see it until you walk up to our front door. We have gotten many compliments on it. We also have a pool which takes advantage of our view of the valley, a flag stone patio which matches the coping of our pool, our house at the very top of the hill. You really can not see our house from the street due to the way our house is situated on our property. Our back and front yard has is s 1/4 an acre. In the area where we live each home is completely different. The neighborhood each house is different. It is not a tract like neighborhood. A laundry room which is large. Family Room has an built in entertainment center, which includes bookshelves, and cupboard space below. We have a living room and dining room. Beautifully landscaped.
