Ex. water stains due to roof leaks, leaking or broken HVAC system, plumbing leak, or potential fire hazards. If determined that the tenant knowingly let damage worsen without notifying the landlord, a portion of security may be subtracted. 7) Tenants are required to keep the property odor free. Any smells that leave a lasting or permanent odor will be the responsibility of the tenants to remedy. This is included but not limited to pet smells, pet urine, pet feces, cooking smells, or general uncleanliness.
