The street comes out on Flying Cloud Drive, right by Eden Prairie center. All your shopping in incredibly convenient. For a commute, you are just minutes from the intersection of 494 and 169. No matter if your work is North, South, East or West, you can quickly hop on a major road for the twin cities and get there. I would ask that you pay the utilities for the place, but I have the rent below the market rate for a 3BR/3BA unit in this area to help compensate. Many 2BR units are renting for $1,300 or more in this area. Another advantage of living in a townhome is that you don't have to do the snow shoveling and lawn mowing.
