If you want to live in an open-concept layout, with lots of space and three bathrooms, then I might just have the right place for you. This townhouse in beautiful Eden Prairie is almost 1500 Square feet - as big as some pretty good-sized regular houses. What do I mean by big? I mean: Walk-in closets that can hold the clothes of even the most energetic shoppers A private patio that can host family gatherings A two-car attached garage that will keep you from knocking snow off your cars on those cold winter days An open-concept kitchen that makes you feel like you are part of the social scene, even if you are the designated cook for the evening Bedrooms that allow you to walk around in them, rather than feeling like you have to stand on your bed to get to the other side A cool landlord who will allow dogs up to 80lbs (that's big!). Cats are welcome too! Two-levels that can give you some privacy if you just want to get away Big enough to have your own private (and FREE!) washer and dryer in the unit Although big - it is well insulated and will keep your central air conditioning bills low in the summer Besides being big, the townhome is in a great location. Money Magazine said Eden Prairie was the BEST town to live in all of America in 2010. It has been consistently high in the rankings since 2006. Eden Prairie schools are some of the best in the state. The townhome is located on a dead-end street, so you won't have traffic rushing by in the middle of the night. But that doesn't mean you are isolated. The street comes out on Flying Cloud Drive, right by Eden Prairie center. All your shopping in incredibly convenient. For a commute, you are just minutes from the intersection of 494 and 169. No matter if your work is North, South, East or West, you can quickly hop on a major road for the twin cities and get there. I would ask that you pay the utilities for the place, but I have the rent below the market rate for a 3BR/3BA unit in this area to help compensate. Many 2BR units are renting for $1,300 or more in this area. Another advantage of living in a townhome is that you don't have to do the snow shoveling and lawn mowing. Someone else takes care of that for you. You just enjoy! I hope you are interested. If you are, please call or text me to schedule a showing. Thank you for reading my ad. You pay utilities, electricity and gas. Landlord pays water, trash and sewage.
