There is no minimum credit rating required, as we do try to work with people who are rebuilding their credit and have the monthly income to lease this home. If transferring jobs or starting new jobs, applicant must provide a signed letter from their employer (on letterhead) stating annual salary and applicant's position with the company. If self-employed, please provide 2 years of filed tax returns. Home available for either a 6 month lease or an 18 month lease.
