This cabin is available again starting January 17th. I am really hoping to just find a 3 month renter at this time. It comes fully furnished with all utilities of electric, water, garbage, internet and cable. The location is halfway in between Seaside and Cannon Beach on a 4 acre wooded setting with a creek and a pond. The house sits a half mile off of Hwy 101 and there is no through traffic. There are 3 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen and a full and bedroom 3 has a queen. The house is fully furnished with everything that you would need including a large capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, silverware, crock pot, coffee pot, dishes, etc... The bathroom has towels. It is set up like a vacation rental so all you have to do is bring your clothes and food. For your entertainment there is a 55 inch smart TV, a firepit and a large propane barbecue. The deck also has adirondack chairs. Cell service is great and the internet is fast. There is one large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The large deck is on the south (sunny) side where you will get the sun from dawn to dusk. There are string lights on the deck that come on a dusk and are set on a timer. The house is dog friendly but the yard is not fenced. I do however have a 10 x 10 outside kennel set up and the deck has 2 gates. This cozy cabin is available again starting January 19th. I am looking for a renter who only wants 2- 3 months at this time. I am hoping to get a sand filter septic system done at the end of April so that I will be allowed to rent as a short term vacation rental this summer. This place would be great for a snowbird wanting to get out of the snow, someone in town who is having their house remodeled , someone who wants an extended beach vacation while working from home or a company from out of town working here temporarily. I would rent for a full year lease but the rent would have to be $5000 a month in June, July and August. Run it by me if you are interested. Thanks
