Two young professionals (mid twenties) are looking for 1 roommate to take over the master bedroom from our previous roommate, starting January 1. We prefer non-smokers and those who value a group house lifestyle. We have a spacious (14.4' x 12'), unfurnished master bedroom in our 3-bed/2-bath apartment at Summit Hills (16th St & East-West Hwy). It comes with a private bathroom (accessible only through the master bedroom). Rent is $775 + 1/3 of internet. Utilities (water, gas, and electricity) included. Fully-loaded kitchen with dishwasher, gas range, etc. Washer/dryer are located in the card-operated laundry room downstairs. AC/heat units in every room. You'd be sharing the apartment with myself and my friend. We're really nice, chill people who work a lot and enjoy going out and exploring DC. I try to stay active and bike whenever possible. We're quiet and relaxed, and we don't really party, but we're not averse to the occasional get-together or friends/family crashing on the couch or futon now and then.
