No one is allowed to stay overnight more than 2 nights per month. If you need someone to stay with you longer than that we can discuss a price increase due to increased utilities. 6 month lease is $1500 per month. Any 6 months between August 1, 2026 and May 30, 2027 OR do a 9 or 10 month lease for $1200 per month from August 1 through May 30,2027. You would be the only one parking in the garage, we keep our motorcycle and other items in it so there is no storage area for you to use in the garage. Perhaps a bicycle. A pet fee of $200 is non-refundable. Our maintenance man lives directly across the street. You are responsible for any maintenance $50 or less. You will have his number to call for an emergency. A cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from your deposit when you move out. Rent is due on the first of each month. A $25 late fee is applied each day if paid after the 3rd.
