I am helping the owner find a new renter, ideally to move in sometime in April. House was built in 1978, and has nice upgrades like hardwood floors throughout the house. My favorite part is that the popular W&OD trail is just a minute walk away! But you still have enough privacy where you don't see walkers/bikers from the house.
