To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as current phone and fax numbers of your employer(s) and landlord(s). You will also be asked to provide information and proof on your monthly income, SSI, Social Security, child support, disability, retirement, etc. We require that any applicant(s) combined gross income is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount. Please note that in many instances, there will be an automatic decline for criminal records and any evictions within 5 years. Please discuss this upfront with your Property Manager's representative to avoid any time wasted and/or unnecessary delays. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
