We purchased this house in 2003 and have loved living here for the past four years. We’re moving permanently to the east coast, otherwise we would have no doubt enjoyed many years of continued happiness in this house. The house itself is in very solid shape and we’ve made numerous updates and improvements over the past four years. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is very quiet with great set of neighbors - an eclectic mix of long-time residents and newer residents with small families. Everyone is really friendly, everyone's kids play together, etc.
