Your studio has its own entrance, private backyard, and parking spot in the driveway. While we put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable, and includes extensive renovations, please know that the interior space is small and suitable only for 1-2 people. The studio is furnished, including a queen size bed, an armoire, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, keurig, microwave, and toaster oven. There is also a breakfast nook where you can enjoy coffee in the mornings, or get some work done (if necessary). The studio also includes heating and cooling. The backyard includes a table with an umbrella and four chairs. If you feel like staying in, you can cook something up on the grill. Or if you feel like hitting the beach, you'll find beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the backyard shed. The shed also includes a brand new washer and dryer set, in case you'd like to do some laundry. Owner pays for all utilities, including internet.
