    I am looking for a fem young professional or student to take over my lease. It is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath duplex located minutes from 12 south, melrose, green hills, and the gulch. My roommate is a 25 year old teacher. She is super neat and clean (so you would need to be too). She mostly keeps to herself, is very straight laced, but still very fun and nice. SHE WILL BE STAYING. This ad is for the larger bedroom. Off street parking, fenced in back yard with string lights over patio, I updated the paint in the entire place about a year ago to a neutral color. Dogs are not allowed, which is why I am leaving. Almost all the furniture shown in pictures is mine, you would be welcome to make a offer on it. The lease would begin as early as Jan 15, preferably Feb 1, and last until Aug 15 for a total of 8 months. At the end of the lease you could choose to leave or resign with the landlords. The landlords are great, a young family who is local. You must be able to pass a background and credit check. Rent is $840/month and utilities usually run about $60/month.
