Two rooms are available starting October 1, one ustairs w/shared bath ($1195); and one on the lower level that has a private entrance, bath, kitchenette, and den ($1375). Utilities usually run roughly $120 per person per month. Current housemates are 20s/early 30s young professional men, but open to all ages, genders, races, etc. It's a fantastic location near H St, Union Market, and NoMA Metro. Space: You'll walk in to an open floorplan main level that includes a half-bath and renovated kitchen with expansive counters. Parking: There's a secured two-car driveway, and street parking in the neighborhood is very easy as well. Laundry: There is a stackable washer/dryer upstairs, and there are hookups for a second set in the lower-level suite should you wish to have a second laundry available there. Deck: The deck off the main level is a great place to barbecue, read a book, or just sit out and have a drink with friends. Pets: Small pets ( 20 lbs) will be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet fee. Lease: Leases will be for a minimum of one year, although there is some flexibility should a shorter lease-term be needed. Tenants willing to sign a two-year lease will be given preference.
