I'm a full time bartender in Portland. A dancer, mountain biker, climber, trail runner, and more. Alex, the other renter is also service industry, she keeps to herself and brings really great chat if you can catch her. (You would have the run of the house most evenings.) This is an open minded household and the only expectations are clean shared spaces and mutual respect. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Come see! Month to month, short term or long term, all options. No smoking on property. One dog may be considered. No cats, sorry. Utilities run $120 a month, fixed, paid for at the beginning of each month.
