One of my roommates is moving out and I'm looking for someone (female preferred) to move in late Feb or March (starting date negotiable) and stay until August, or even past that if you'd like to continue living with us (end date also negotiable).Living conditions if you were to move in would be as followed:-Single room in a 3 bedroom house on Arthur street, hardwood floors in room and sliding glass door.-Shared bathroom with one other person-Rent: $470/month + utilities-10 min bike ride to campus-D and K bus line stops nearby-Lovely backyard with benches and a fire pit-Lovely garage where you can keep your bike out of I guess we're kind of past the raining season aren't OF THE SUN! AND away from them thieves.-Driveway to park your car + ample street parkingI am a 1st year graduate student and my housemate is a senior. We are studious (positive study/stress support system in place, sometimes in the form of baked goods), but we also like to have fun (Cards Against Humanities, Scrabble, etc etc). We are clean and respectful of each other's space and things. We have one cat and a golden retriever.
