My roommate just bought a house so I am looking for a new roommate to move in November 15th. The master bath, attached bathroom, and walking closet are available. The condo has a Washer/dryer, Dishwasher, Wall heaters through vents, Gas fireplace, and Elevated deck over the beautiful Willamette River and St. Johns Bridge. There is plenty of street parking, an AC unit in the living room, and Plenty of space for your furniture, but you do not have to contribute anything. I am looking for one reliable roommate 23-36 years old with a stable income, works outside the home, and who will clean up after themselves. No pets, couples, kids, 420 or cigarettes inside the house please. I am a 26 year old female. I like to have friends over, but no huge parties. I work M-F 8ish-5:30ish as a counselor. I play sports 5 days nights a week. I have a mellow 6 year old cat so it is important you are not allergic or hate cats. Rent will be $800 plus $75 for utilities (pays all utilities but cable/internet) . It is paid on the 15th of each month. Security deposit is $750. Since the cable/internet is in my roommate's name, we can decide together what package we would want. I care more about the internet but flexible. Month to month but I would like at least a 6 month commitment please. There will be a background check with application that my landlord would like completed. The lease will be in my name.
