This is for a subleased apartment. I (current tenant) have lived here for two years, and my lease is up on August 10th 2020 - having to relocate for work before then. Move in date is flexible, but ideally around mid-May at the latest. This is in an incredible location, walking distance to Deep Ellum, and a minutes drive to Downtown Dallas (you can see the skyline from the balcony)! It is a gated community, with free parking garage, and easy parking for guests, incredible pool, outdoor grills, and a package locker system for amazon/online shopping. I have loved living here for the past two years. The apartment has a great layout for entertaining, and it has a patio that overlooks a courtyard. Perfect location and lease duration for someone interning in Dallas over the summer! A few logistics: You would NOT be required to pay any security deposit or associated fees upon move in (which usually runs around $250). A $75 fee will be required by the apartment management for a background check, including a proof of income sustainable for obtaining a $1083 lease, which you would be financially responsible for. The apartment management will run the background check, credit check, and observe rental history. The current lease has an additional pet fee of $20 per month, which the management is willing to remove if you do not have a pet. The water bill is lumped in to the rent, but typically hovers around $40 additionally. Washer and Dryer is provided for free. Current leasing rates at this complex for the same layout of apartment is over $1200 (Cortland Bryan Place). Opportunity to renew lease on August 10th is available.
