You share kitchen and bath with the other gentlemen in the building. Owner supplies, heat, electric, water/sewer & trash collection. I will allow A/C at an additional cost of $10 Week/$40 Month. No pets, no roommates, clean and quiet. You need 6 months of employment history to move-in.
