Owner's parking area will be beside and to the north of the driveway when MIL apt is in use. Separate front door entrances to MIL apartment and house. Utilities run together for MIL apt and house....which will remain in owners name (water, electric, gas, wifi, lawn mowing, etc., $500 a month and is included in the $2300.) Should this amount be exceeded on the alloted 500.00... any overage on utilites will be the responsibility of renter. (No individual deposits required by renter). No smoking in house.
