This home is pet-friendly with a two-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 18 and maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The enchanting Mallard Vestige's locale is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Lake Norman's waterfront is ideal for kayaking or a joyous pontoon ride, with 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore. The area offers great local attractions and dining to indulge in the area's charm, along with fishing, other outdoor activities, and nature trails for the explorers at heart. Offering a perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty, Mallard Vestige is not just a vacation home, it's a lakeside retreat. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is not accessible to renters. Due to safety concerns, the kitchenette grill and sink are not operable for guests. There is a flat top griddle for use outside for all your grilling needs. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 to October 31 pool season. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
