Walking distance to Silver Spring Metro Station.My roommate is moving out at the end of our lease, and I'm looking for someone to take her place as of Memorial Day Weekend 2012. The leasing office will need an application fee of $25 with references/background & credit check/employment verification/etc.All utilities (heat/air conditioning, electric, gas, water) totally included. The bedroom is huge, about 13 x 17 ft. We are in a Blair Towers mid rise building on the top floor. Parking spaces are reserved and are $75/month.The complex is totally green and smoke free. They allow pets. I don't have any, but I wouldn't mind a well-trained dog (there is a deposit and monthly fee for pets you'd have to pay). Sorry, no cats because of allergies. Also there's a free pool in the summer and several fitness centers.Right now we have basic cable and internet from Comcast that runs about $50/person every month. But I'd be willing to negotiate something different or no cable at all...yeah, I watch a lot of Netflix.About me:25 y/o female. I work downtown in DC during normal office hours. I'm pretty low key during the week, but I like to go out and have fun on the weekends. The usual. I rarely have more than a few people over at a time. As long as you're respectful and considerate (helping clean, not having a party at 2am on a Wed, etc). I'm not looking for a new BFF, but I would like a person I could hang out and be friendly with from time to time. I don't mind a male or female roommate.
