Beautiful 2/1 home, with lots of charm and.... Blah blah blah!!! When they invented the word 'Potential' this was the home they were talking about**. ALL THE HARD STUFF IS DONE!! New plumbing, up to date electric, excellent siding, double pane windows, brand new roof - I mean BRAND NEW - I mean complete tear off, all new decking and shingles on the house and the detached garage!! That's right!! this place has a detached garage too, but it doesn't stop there... This home was built in 1900 and the kitchen was remodeled shortly there after. There isn't a single wonky spot in the floor, which I might add is almost all hardwood flooring. All the walls are square as well. I'm just saying - if you knew how to handle a paint brush and lay some floor you'd have a jewel of a home.
