My huge corner lot with 6 ft security chainlink fence in front and 6 ft white vinyl fence in backyard provides security as well as aesthetic view - great for families or singles with big dogs! My 1 1/2 car attached garage has doggie doors going into house and outside to back yard/ Great Bonus! My kitchen has white Merilatt cabinets with grey/counter tops and grey tile floor - gorgeous! Hardwood floors in Living Room and Dining Room with picture window. Sunlight comes in thru backyard and house DOES NOT face West which is a real downer for every house that does, the afternoon sun just BAKES those houses. My house faces North - perfect. In conclusion, my house is DEFINITELY the best house in the neighborhood with the most features, recent upgrades, and most land to use with a front yard, backyard and sideyard. I would like a RE-ZESTIMATE as there is NO house in this area that should be priced higher than mine should I choose to ever sell. I have been in many of these run-down neighbor houses and NONE compare to mine except maybe kiddie-corner at 8029 S. Kilpatrick -our houses are very similar (but they don't have new windows OR a new roof.
