The house just needs some cosmetic work. One of the bathrooms was started to be redone but didn't make it very far, just needs a shower/tub. The furnace and AC are new as in 2018. All kitchen appliances are no more than a couple of years old, same with washer and dryer. This is a great deal. I'm assuming ARV here could be around 180k-190k depending on the work you want to put into it.
