We are posting the apartment we have lived in since March 2009. It is a first floor walk up in a garden style complex. We are moving to Denver for work, so need to break our lease. We have loved this apartment and will be sad to say goodbye to it as it has a lot of great amenities. It was built in the 1940s and is really solid construction-- we have never had a problem with noise from neighbors. Maintenance has been very responsive to all our issues- prompt and very thorough.
