Note, there is no kitchen in the unit - the home's main kitchen is shared by all housemates. This is a SHARED home where all units have access to a nicely appointed common living room, dining room, and full kitchen, which are cleaned biweekly by a cleaning service. There is laundry in the building and dedicated parking. (Rent includes water, electric, heat, internet, cable, and driveway snow removal.) No smoking inside house or on property. Will consider short term leases less than 12 months (rent could change). $250 non refundable pet deposit. $100 non refundable cleaning fee due upfront. Pet rent amount TBD based on approved animal by landlord. All utilities paid in rent including high speed WiFi and cable TV. Renter will need to purchase own Amazon Fire Stick. Common areas professionally cleaned every 2 weeks paid for by landlord
